The stormwater system that crosses Munro St consists of a twin 1500 Diameter pipes in addition to a twin culverts ( 5.6m & 4.7m wide x 3.1 m deep). A Hydrological Study estimated the 100 yr peak flows across the channel to be 166 m3/sec .HEC-RAS Modeling along Munro St helped establishing safe Habitable floor levels.
